ANNE

Dr. Jessica Michaelson is a clinical psychologist and early parenthood expert. She has developed a step-by-step process for helping parents identify their children's needs and what steps they need to take to make meaningful change. Dr. Jessica provides training and workshops to families and professionals. 

We provide professional parent coaching services to families throughout the East Bay. We believe each child and family is different and you deserve a customized plan that reflects your parenting values. We offer services in your home, in office, or remotely by phone/Skype. 

Anne Ottenweller, MA,  is a mother of two and has extensive training in the biological, emotional, and behavioral aspects of childhood sleep struggles.  She will meet with you in your home and provide a month of follow up via phone and email support.   Anne loves helping families with infants and toddlers.

At close to 6 months, I was about to go back to work, and our son was still waking up every 2-3 hours at night. We were all sleep deprived and at a loss for what to do next. 

 

Anne has 2 kids of her own and had experienced first hand so much of what were were going through. We really felt like we were working with someone who knew what she was talking about! Anne helped us come up with a sleep strategy that we felt comfortable with. It took a little work, but we followed the plan that she designed for us, and within a week our baby was sleeping 11- 12 hours a night. It really was amazing.  Now, almost 5 months later, our son still goes to bed at 7:30pm and wakes up at 7:00am. Unbelievable!
